The flights, hotels, rental cars and other travel related services booked through Onvoya are provided by a broad range of third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotel chains, travel agents, travel wholesalers, travel aggregators, rental car companies, cruise lines, railroad operators, bus-line operators, tour operators and local activity providers (e.g., a whale-watching charter or a river rafting guide).
You can always tell who the supplier is as we disclose this three places: 1) In the actual search result we will say, for example, that a flight is from CheapOAir or Expedia or directly from an airline; 2) On the checkout page we again, repeat the supplier's name; and, 3) You should always receive an email confirmation directly from the supplier.
Once you purchase an itinerary, it is always best to contact the supplier directly for customer service.
